Jamal and Nia are engaged co-founders of the empire they are building for their family and lineage. Outside of running Jay$ko Capital (Birmingham, Alabama's #1 Credit Repair Company) & managing a fleet of rental cars side by side, they started the Black & Abundant Podcast as a way to share positive mentalities & examples with the black community. The goal of the Black & Abundant Podcast is to elevate the black community through transparent conversation & motivating topics.

He believes in abundance in the areas of health & wealth. He brings a focused, direct, divine masculine approach to the podcast & values personal responsibility & accountability over everything.
Nia Love (LaNia Cole) is the reigning Miss Black Alabama USA 2023 and the COO of Jay$ko Capital. She is a trained public speaker and life coach in the areas of mental wellness, relationships, and self-love. She believes in abundance in the areas of love & happiness. She brings a relatable, understanding, divine feminine approach to the podcast & values internal peace & transparency over everything.
